Performance Related Services
Theatre Arrangement

IBS suggests appropriate New York theatres
for the consideration of the invited ballet company.

IBS negotiates all details, —
date(s), time(s), hours, stage, house, lighting, sound, crew,
tickets, box office, etc.

IBS consults the invited ballet company, each step of the way.
Once all details are approved,
IBS will be ready to sign the contract with the theatre.

Upon receipt of a bank wire transfer payment
from the invited ballet company,
IBS will sign the contract and pay the theatre, in full.

Upon the conclusion of the New York Season of the invited ballet company,
and the theatre’s reconciliation of the box office receipts,
IBS will receive a payment from the theatre,
and forward the due amount to the invited ballet company.

The Theatre Arrangement is the most important first step
in preparation for the New York Season of your prominent ballet company!
