Financial Schedule
INTERNATIONAL BALLET SOCIETY (IBS) a non-profit U.S.A. organization
offers to introduce the invited ballet company to the New York audience, and arrange for it’s New York Season at a partially subsidized rate.
1.
Once an interest is expressed, and a contract signed by
the International Ballet Society and the invited ballet company, the
Retainer Fee is due. Please, note page:
Financial Details
IBS proceeds in providing the invited ballet company with the services outlined on the
Financial Details page, and on some of the other preceding pages: IBS Introduces™ ▪ Theatre Arrangement ▪ Other Arrangements
2. Theatre Arrangement
is the most important first step.
Once all details are approved by the invited ballet company, IBS will be ready to sign the contract with the theatre.
Upon receipt of a bank wire transfer payment from the invited ballet company IBS will sign the contract and pay the theatre, in full. Please, note pages:

3. Production Advance: IBS pays for all production costs, including printing, mailing, advertising, etc. from the

upon approval of the invited ballet company.
IBS will request the
Production Advance
from the invited ballet company as printing, mailing, advertising, etc. is timely for the promotion of the New York Season. Please, note pages:
