Performance Related Services
Theatre Arrangement

IBS suggests appropriate New York theatres
for the consideration of the invited ballet school.

IBS negotiates all details, —
date(s), time(s), hours, stage, house, lighting, sound, crew,
tickets, box office, etc.

IBS consults the invited ballet school, each step of the way.
Once all details are approved,
IBS will be ready to sign the contract with the theatre.

Upon receipt of a bank wire transfer payment
from the invited ballet school,
IBS will sign the contract and pay the theatre, in full.

IBS being a non-profit USA organization,
pays for the theatre at a non-profit rate,
which is considerably less than the standard rate.

Upon the conclusion of the New York Season of the invited ballet school,
and the theatre’s reconciliation of the box office receipts,
IBS will receive a payment from the theatre,
and forward the due amount to the invited ballet school.

The Theatre Arrangement is the most important first step
in preparation for the New York Season of your prominent ballet school!

Special Note:
Considering the present exchange rate of the US Dollar,
it is advantageous for your ballet school to have a New York Season now,
as New York costs considerably less than it would cost otherwise.
